no one wants to touch it.
and yeah.... it's a brief past history... and sometimes it doesn't matter if the force behind it is real.

On a more serious side...
as a trader...
I do NOT like ASSets.
and the only ass I like is those behind the female gender...

see sometimes assets is just assets...
yeah the assets can be worth heck a lot...
but if it doesn't generate any real returns (like money) I find these assets as useless....

unless of course...
the assets are belonging to one who is dying to make a will to distribute them...

and then there are SPACS....

comeon...
they are literally paid to buy company....
and with it assets...
and yes sometimes those assets might be worth a few sens more...
but if it doesn't generate any money or if there is no intend to realize the monetary value of the assets...
them assets are useless and dead in my eyes...

but yeah... that's my poison...

So how do I want to gauge a SPAC like bunga here?
No matter what I WILL look at their earnings track record...

look at their track record...
how long they listed...
what have they really done...
HOW MUCH have they really earn....

(not forgetting while we wait.. these SPAC managers are paid in the millions... )

these are the stuff I would consider...

and no... despite me being a trader....

I am one who does not go to a horse track...
and simply bet on any horse....

but that's just me... and me poison la...

judging from their earnings track record...
it's no wonder why their share price so cheap....

it's a SPAC and I for one will not trust what they write...

most important...
is the end result that matters.

The question is what have bunga done since listing as a SPAC in 2011?

Their revenue is not even more than 15 million per year.

and their trailing twelve months earnings is showing losses more than 70 million.

Hence, as a company, I would not trust what they write in their purchase prospectus...
if they have been failing all these years...
I would expect them to continue to fail..... (yeah, I could be wrong using such an assumption)



and oh...

the goreng side.... LOL!

as correctly stated TC_Titan earlier, there is major placement coming up.

It's there... and we know from reading...

it's a 25% placement...

massive....

hence it's understandable, why some can be seduced and reckon that a goreng play might be ON in the near future....

it's normal...

it's one of the theme that some traders use.....
