Ok direct question.. Supermax.. what do you think why it did not perform vs other rubber stocks..

Same product, same technology, and more over it is one of the biggest in capacity...

LOL!!!

Your spoiler very jahat....

Seriously.... I do not know.

All I can say is....
Last time I wasn't too impressive with these industry...
Frankly, I am surprised these glove makers are still around today....
Well, in a way, Top Glove helped...
caused it was super aggressive during early days...
buying up a lot of smaller factories..
these consolidated the industry....
where the big survived....
but then....
came competition...
all raced to be the biggest player (some said it was an ego issue with the big bosses rolleyes.gif )
all expended like hell....
new lines, new acquisitions....
thanks to the stock market... tongue.gif
and then came price dumping....

too much capex and intense competition doesn't sound like ingredients to a good business.....
and true enough...
profits slumped...
the super growth story for gloves ended....

so somehow I was never a fan.

this round....
it's all merely an observation....
all the juicy sauces were there..... lol
the RM...
the Rubber prices....

and the stock price were lackluster....
just before Q3 result....
Q3 result came....
and boom....
the stock flew....
and somehow....
consolidated just before this Q4 result......

and oh....
Why SUpermax why?
why you so char?

I really dunno hor.......

I mean....
logically it SHOULD DO GOOD the coming quarter....
but...................... rolleyes.gif

Yeah.. but still no matter how bad the margins, the USD and the rubber factor should improve the margins.. yet it does not..

Funny... hmm.gif
