You should read the T&C properly. the 2% for utilities must be tied to Autodebit/Autopay/SI.

Online spending capped at RM 30.

Auto-debit: submit respective form to respective payee/merchant

I am looking at ambank true credit card. It states 3% for online transaction. It didn't state any restrictions.

So I assumed that there will not be card which is able to give >=5% cashback for utilities payment if one is not able to get PBB VS. AM I right?

i think just now the sales misleading me with told me that UOB VOX card pay utilities online also can entitle for 5% cash rebate, am i right?
