Paid TNB, pumped full tank and overpaid RM 571 to UniFi. Maxed out RM 1k this month. laugh.gif

Good thing is my statement date was yesterday, gonna pay all this only in mid of September. rclxms.gif

Been enjoying the M2C AMEX 5% CB all these while until friend told me about the revision from MBB...  cry.gif
Above quote stated in M2U website, any1 know if there's any possibilities MBB will offer back the 5% CB on everything instead of local dining?  cry.gif  cry.gif #PrayForM2Amex #ripM2Amex

No chance will be revoked. It was announced since end of June and reconfirmed again few weeks ago.

A little sad just now when filling up my car. A lot of my routines for the past couple of years were arranged around the weekend cashback. sad.gif

High five. From August onward, weekends are just ordinary weekends. laugh.gif
At least my UniFi headache can be put aside for few months now...

Actually you can use Maybank Ikhwan (5% for petrol and groceries on Fri & Sat), HLB Wise (10% after swiping 10x with each swipe = RM50), Aeon Watami (3% if you can spend RM3000/quater), and Ambank True (3% for all online transaction). No need to use M2C.

Must study this Ambank True and see whether can use to pay bills or not.  hmm.gif
*
AmBank True? Are you sure? I read from top to bottom, bottom to top also didn't see anything about the online transactions. Care to enlighten me? I might have missed it. laugh.gif

I was thinking of using MBB Ikhwan (5% for petrol and groceries on Fri & Sat), and CIMB CB Card for the rest.
Adopting the similar approach previously when AMEX was used for weekends only and OCBC for weekdays.
what do you think?
*
CIMB CR for? If you meant for utilities bills then can forget about it. There's no rebate except for Astro I think.

It was mentioned at True Visa Credit Card

Scroll all the way to the bottom. Another good thing is the True card does not have admin charges for oveaseas usage. (buy online from oveaseas also counted)  rclxms.gif  biggrin.gif  tongue.gif

laugh.gif I was looking at the wrong site. tongue.gif
I'm more interested in the savings account. Anyway, thanks for the link. smile.gif

The answer to your query is at question 14 of the FAQ. It states out the MCC, utilities, insurance, mobile payments are not included.

Their True saverd account also better than M2Savers. 2.8%. The only downside is max 3x/month withdrawal (includes IBG to their TRUE Transect account/ IBG to another bank/atm withdrawal)

But if you IBG with their True Transect account, there is no RM0.11 charged.  biggrin.gif  rclxms.gif  rclxm9.gif BUt not sure if they charge for IBFT

With proper planning, you can maximise te True Savers Account.  icon_rolleyes.gif

I do not know if there is another savers account which can give so high interest which allows you to withdraw.
*
Yes, I'm having MBB Savers account now. Maybe will shift it here. Let me study further.
I guess this should stop here. Way out of topic. Sorry, guys! notworthy.gif

So what's the next best credit card (or right now the best credit card) to get. I only tolerated amex for the 5% weekend cashback.

With that gone and tp low value I'm looking for the next best thing.

If your income is RM 100k and above then MBB VS and PBB VS will save most of your common troubles like petrol, dining, groceries and online bills.

If your income is lower than RM 100k, then hmm.gif Few cards to apply and you can start playing jigsaw puzzles to mix and match with your spending.

Correction, if local spending, PBB's VS are better since MBB's TP are only 1X.

PBB VS can be easily waived with 12 swipes.

MBB VS, take first and worry after a year later. laugh.gif

Well, you should think of this way. In one year, anything can happen, who knows there is a better card will appear in one year time? smile.gif
