Good day, has anyone experienced celcom postpaid data connection lost while having full bar on 3G/4G network?

When browsing on Chrome it keeps on showing connection reset error message, page not loading and got to refresh until it loads again.

I am using an iPhone and Android HTC. Initially I was having problem on Android phone, I thought phone problem, so I was about to send phone to check, before that I swap the phone sim with Umobile sim, and been using one day without connection drop issue.

Then I put celcom sim on iPhone for half day, when I was out, at certain area connection dropped, 3G is full bar, browse on Safari prompt no internet error, whatsapp also not working either. Same error I had on Android phone.

I am roaming around KL area, specially in town. Hopefully I am not the only one having issue

What would be standard line from customer care I guess. Smart phone receive setting automatically when hop on to mobile network, old featured phone required setting / download settings.

Hopefully they got it fix soon, I was about to send my phone to repair and put in box. Haha

Also Celcom very much depend on area as well. Certain area like shah Alam and Klang get really bad reception.

With so many going onboard the Basic 38 plan this is bound to happen. Can just hope they will up their capacity. Although I do not face problems with them yet

I won't rule out this possibility as well, hopefully they are doing something to cope with the growing customer base.

Happened to know that their network got some minor issues, internal source said should be fixed end of next week. Let's keep our fingers crossed.

Another issue is the customer support, not as good as Maxis. Surprise to know they don't have social media support on Twitter too wink.gif

I was ported from Maxis to Celcom. Yes, i totally agreed with you the WORST thing of Celcom is customer service!
Called them several time, most of them dont sound professional, impolite and lack of product knowledge.
They only know to say " ok , i will create a report for you, wait for 3 to 7 working days for respond" .... even for a small request , they cant handle it and must create a report and push to other guys...

In term of customer service, Maxis is far better than Celcom.

Maxis 3G totally unusable now... unless you get a 4G phone.
