my request to port out from digi prepaid was rejected to NON FULFILLMENT OF CONTRACT OBLIGATION. does anyone know what it means? i have used it for more than 30 days and dont see any reason for my prepaid to be under contract.
attempts to contact customer service over phone failed due to agents busy and instead of putting me on hold and retry, they just cut me off.

Which telco were you previously on? I would advice you to resubmit your MNP via the DG Centre.

QUOTE(MNet @ May 28 2016, 08:16 PM) How to check number is from which telcos? Could check at http://mnpcheck.skmm.gov.my but that page is down for at least a month now. Can also send SMS "check 0101234567" to 20000 (digi), 22011 (maxis), 28011 (u mobile). For celcom it should be 22099 but it replied "service unavailable".
