Actually what's the problem of getting the New AEON Gold?
I got my card for free first year. Second year onward, if you don't renew it, then no more AEON membership card linked to it.

For me, I don't bother about it because I only need it for PPL. Points or no points, not really my concern.

Yeah, I actually didn't want to renew but my friend bought stuff from SK-II and entitled to get RM 100 voucher if I were an AEON member.
Since it is 100 bucks, I renewed for another year. Then, suddenly received SMS from AEON and asked me to collect my free RM 30. I went and collected again.
All these were not earned from my AEON Gold but actually AEON membership.

since u get the first year free for Aeon member card did you had to pay RM24 for the 3 year membership ?

After my first year. I only renewed one year for RM 12.

For any general transaction that does not belong to any cashback category (include other cards), is Aeon gold the best because RM1 = 1 point?

I hav called aeon cs for my transition at pos online today. It mention is under mcc code 9402 and oso under online.

I use it to pay rm2500 to my watami card using my aeon big gold card through pos online at 1st April and posted today. Hope can get rm 150 and rm25.

I will share out again when my bill statement out.
