Is going to Menara Olympia the best option to apply for additional card? I already have Aeon Gold and would like to apply for Aeon Watami now.

Does it open during weekends or anybody knows about their operating hours?

I tried before when I applied my Aeon Gold and guess what? The person didn't help me to submit and it was locked in her drawer. doh.gif
Only after I escalated it as I received no update and CS claimed they don't have my record, they went and investigated.

So, not going to MV branch...

Just apply and use it before this privilege is removed. More and more banks have removed this privilege.
I guess they didn't update their documents, 2016 is still applicable, for now.
