If they are not accepting new applicants, I guess the possibility to reduce benefits for existing users is kinda high or they will switch you guys to another card, say like Aeon/Aeon Big Gold?
Just my guessing. |

QUOTE(ftan @ Feb 24 2016, 01:22 PM) on 14/2. I received an sms reminder just now. I hope they are giving me the correct card. I saw the lady ticked watami in my application. Good for you. They said they already stopped accepting new applications and received a memo as well. This was in Menara Olympia. There goes my chance, not really that die die must get for me card. Luckily. |

QUOTE(ftan @ Feb 24 2016, 01:40 PM) It's by pure chance that I decided to walk in and apply. This card won't be beneficial for me if they do remove the 3% rebate. I guess you will have it. Anyway, will update again when I collect my card. I also walked in to apply but they refused my application. Sigh. |

QUOTE(ftan @ Feb 25 2016, 03:52 PM) I know the chances are slim...QUOTE(weejin2000 @ Feb 25 2016, 06:44 PM) Glad that it helps you. QUOTE(wym6977 @ Feb 25 2016, 09:08 PM) My Watami application got rejected. I called up the sales guy (in 1-U) who collected my application and he told me existing Watami card will be terminated soon and to be offered with other AEON card. Yes, kinda official. I tried to apply mine last Saturday at Menara Olympia and they said they have received memo to stop accepting Watami applications... I didn't manage to apply too.Not sure whether it is official but this is what I was told... |

QUOTE(Human Nature @ Feb 25 2016, 11:50 PM) at first also wondering whether can meet the 5000 for every quarter or not..but this change when everything else that cannot get CB with other cards is charged here...especially when it has one of the best foreign exchange rate. Probably you guys have over worried about this. i guess they will offer Aeon BIG visa to me since I already hold Aeon Gold. Dont think I will accept the offer. Just chill la. I have the GE Plat, converted from my useless Titanium. 1% and most of the time it only has my monthly GE insurance payment. |

QUOTE(MGM @ Feb 28 2016, 04:24 PM) Actually no need "Aeon Credit for". I have never put that phrase, straight my full name and no issue at all.Beneficiary name, why wanna put so many unnecessary things? I pay all my CC with GIRO and all use my full name only. |

QUOTE(ckyow1 @ Feb 28 2016, 06:53 PM) Hi guys.. it is about IBG payment also... I just did the payment hours ago, for bank I choose Citibank, however, fund type I put "credit card payment" in stead of "fund transfer" My payment for Aeon via Citibank is always credit card payment and no issue at all. Will it be ok ? |

QUOTE(MGM @ Feb 28 2016, 06:58 PM) Have been following the examples shown in post#1, thought somebody must have consulted with AEON regarding this. Will continue with this. Well, not sure who did this but it's surely funny and not practical for those with long name. Been paying for years to Aeon and other credit cards, no issue so far.
