Isn't there a Tesco? I used to jalan-jalan once at Tesco Nilai in one Saturday - quite quiet.

Hope Aeon forgone plan built the small mall at Sibeh Ulu Beranang and shift the mall ( add the size) it to not so ulu Nilai

Boss, Tesco, giant, aeon big consider as hypermarket n not full fledge malls like aeon, paradigm etc.. Duno what to see when jalan jalan in tesco    u staying around nilai area ah

I think all major uni areas should have malls for them to spend n enjoy good lifestyle.. what u think? I think students dnt mind spending n would rather have cinema/malls nearby for btr lifestyle.. Can support MY economy     

Jade Hill not need Aeon. We already have Cheras Selatan Aeon. IOI City Mall. Capitaland Mines. All with cinema 
Sibeh Ulu Beranang slow slow wait cinema mall ya.

Initially there was a plan to have MBO in the commercial next to Starz Valley at Inti College there but at the end tak jadi.

what about sime darby's nilai impian that huge piece of land? any mall build?

don't think there's would be another Mydin Mall 

Still feel KB very undeveloped but their mall will do OK la, expect big crowds initially..
Care to shar the NLA of seremban aeon?? 1.2mil GFA in nilai shold be 600k- 700k NLA.. salak tinggi small population right?

This mall should cater for Nilai and Sepang area. Current situation is, nearest mall is either in Putrajaya or Seremban. I would say most would go to Putrajaya.

Heck, I have not completed window shopping in that new IOI mall.
