Wonder who's their target customers. Not exactly near airport and not centrally located in Nilai town.

I guess the target market can be for the universities surrounding Nilai to hold their functions at the hotel. Also for the companies within nilai/salak tinggi/kota warisan area. This area dont have any well known branded hotel so far. There is possibility to tap the airport market IF they are willing to provide shuttle transport service to KLIA. |
