Hello guys do I need to pay annual fees for supplementary card if i swipes 12x times per annual?

so you are the principal cardholder not supplementary cardholder? 12x requirement applies to each individual card.

1st time receive PBB card and cancel as visa platinum instead of PBVS. din even activate it.
that was last year but this year apply thru ringgit plus and PBB CS say cancel card also consider when they give the card that i don wan.
