Does BNM stated that all banks shall offer cash backs for credit card usage? They never, cash back is just an attraction.
Any cash back of > 2% the bank are actually losing money, so is matter of time a bank will revise this benefit.

i had a swipe in USD - sms confirm done on Day X 1.35 am. Statement recorded transacted on Day X-1 .CS said system recorded as Day X-1 9.35 pm. Emailed to complain, they say they acknowledge the issue and just stop short there

ok..for the above, assume system problem due to time diff between location.
Same thing happen for local Groupon transaction done at 2.30 am. Never had time diff issues with groupon done in early hours of day prior to this promo.

VS card features say online transaction can get 6% CB.

But CS officer said this is government related, so cannot get 6 %!

But i remember reading here someone paid cukai taksiran via uob online and said can get 6% CB??

all payments via uobpayonline (including utilities, insurance, gov-related etc) are considered as online transactions and therefore entitled to 6% cb
