Applied the card on 11 Sep. I wanted to know how was the credit card status so i called the CS. I called from morning till 5pm, no one pick up the dmn phone. The best part was i selected 'Report for Lost Card'. Remarkable! Starting to lose faith in Public Bank.

Any idea whether the cashier of AEON General Merchandise Stores GMS (not supermarket) is entitled to the 6% cashback?

I started calling from 10am. Made a total of 5 calls from Singapore. Wasted my money.. Cannot imagine if i really lost my card

read this for the income documents requirements https://www.pbebank.com/pdf/Cards/Visa-Sign.../signature.aspx

you dont need to have existing account to apply credit cards.

if have more doubts, call the customer service for clarifications.

i believe he called the wrong number. because last time when pbb vs was launched, i called wanted to ask few questions and no one pick up! i was so angry and only to realise later that there's another number to call. lol...
