Yes we have this additional FD promotion rate of 0.05% however this promotion is strictly only open for customers in Central 3 Region Branches which are Jalan Othman, Puchong, Damansara Uptown, Ampang, Cheras and Jalan Tengah, and this promotion is only until 11/9/2015.
Kindly refer as above reply from uob RM.

Frankly speaking , I very disappointed with HLB , last 2-3 years I placed a FD (1 month tenure, principal plus interest)before , the date of maturity I want to withdraw it with full amount plus the current month"s interest , they didn't calculate first and show to me , when I got my money , I realize the total amount less than what I thought. I asked the officer , they said the teller forgotten to add on , complaint it till branch manager , also said no choice , the transaction been done , only say sorry and give me kids coin box as gift for compensation...lol
After this case happen , I never go with HLB , even their credit card I also terminate it . Only deal with HLA because supporting my friend who is working thr.
