I learn from other developers that if their projects are worth below 1 million. They will use 1 million as SPA price and then give buyer high % of rebate.

I don't name these developers but they are a more sizeable and reputable company in the industry. Unfortunately, I don't know their projects before I bought LaVile.

I hope this info can help all foreign buyers.

This is my first time hearing two different price list, frankly out of few hundred threads I have here.

Could someone please enlighten me on the following:

1) are all 4 blocks of LaVile open for registration?
2) where can I find the layout of the bigger units (1000 sq ft or above)? I can only find Type C6 on their website.
3) also, where can I find the floor plans showing all units and the common areas?

Secretive pricing? I think those interested can always refer directly with them. Don't think they can play hide & seek as everything will be in black & white.

For me, I think Lavile has it own target audience, maybe pricing is not the key factor for many purchasers to buy it, considering many other factors for example surrounding environment, own stay, invest, returns, etc.

I'm not really sure their portfolio but we can always refer to their existing project customers to get info on their after sales service is good or other way round.
