But I believe rich tenant is lesser than normal tenant and most of the time they have car and house already so they willing travel back and come to work place.
When there are a lot of completition (rental at maluri), I believe price war is the strategy.
Pls la. None of these are high end. They are all sitting on the mid spectrum. Just because something is 100 psf more doesnât mean itâs âhigh endâ. Then wtf is 8 Conlay. M Vertica is sitting on the lower end of the spectrum and when itâs fully completed and occupied, it will be termed a slum.
Those that are closer to the 1k psf with the build quality to match is maybe upper middle. Something like V residence is just a mid tier unit in a convenient location. Nothing high end about it.

I find Sunwayâs designs really basic so it doesnât really give you a wow factor compared to some of the others. I mean they are practical and well built. But doesnât give you that atas vibe compared to something like Malton or SDB.

There are so many other âinvestmentsâ and rentals that arenât so maligned. They can only compete if they are cheaper than everything else.
I can imagine next time if you say you live in M Vertica, people will be like eeyyerrr because itâs gone viral already. I know itâs bitchy but Iâd probably do it in a nosy Aunty manner. Like how bad is it, how crowded are the lifts, how many people jammed into the pool, how many close contact Covid cases.
If the young adult workers leave this place for âfaceâ reasons then it will all go downhill quick.

you wanna do partition can, 2 rooms is enough 3 rooms onwards is cramp, not to mention 4 rooms
Yea to make a 5 bed place out of a 1k sqft place is unimaginable to me unless you really have no budget. There is enough choice out there that you can live in comfort for 50 or 100 more. This points to student accomodation or foreign workers. No offence.

Yesterday done 2 house inspection checking on Lavile, quality consider ok la..some hollow tiles and minor issues..some intercom function no activate yet.nice place surrounding by mall
Build quality and design does look good. Itâll only be devalued if Mira comes along.
Facilities are incomplete at VP. Mira is an eye sore as well as mosquito hazard but the unit itself looks fine generally. The poolside units are very cool.
I thought it was a pretty honest review. The unit he looked at was from a buyer so there's no way the developer can 'sugar coat' any facts. But generally everything looked pretty ok except for the obviously abandoned plot next to it..
He cannot simply hentam if he wants to get paid for reviews. The language has to be diplomatic. Going on a Tropicana uncle rant is entertaining for people but wonât do his business any favours.

The marketing is convincing people that there are no better options than your overpriced room. In that regard, these co-living companies are worth their price.
The reality is that if normal people have a modicrum of common sense or more time then they can find a better deal.
The reality is that most people donât know how to shop well whether itâs to buy or to rent.
sunway serene non partition unit, master room renting rm1500 and its transacted amount... there is nothing impossible here... like i always mentioned, room renting demand in KV is actually god damn alot... tell them to buy a rumawip/RSKU with the rental they paying, they still ask u fly kite... commitment free is the key point here... lol
Serene is 900 psf. That price is probably justified. So you would pay the same rental price for a 600 psf property? Doesnât seem like good value to me.
