650k, any type of unit also ok, preferably with the projects that walkable to lrt or mrt line 1 station and low entry cost

well....unlikely u will find rm650k, if got probably will be as studio size 400-600sqft....suggest u look at surrounding areas.

my gut feeling minimum around rm700k.....

this project around 1000 units, so the price shall be lower.

smaller unit, say 600plus ft shall be round RM500K.

If in this case, then it would b more than rm 1000 psf. I think 650k to get a unit around 800sft would b just fair
