I tell u one thing u don't cry ok.....amaya already about 700psf now and low density.....

I suggest you expect around 850psf lah.....also velocity mall opening in Oct 2016.....

definitely will boost the pricing up...heheheh brows.gif

as for developer, well....don't really trust them....hahaha....you go cucuk for info lah....

I heard some stuff not sure true or not....so better I not say it....since it could be rumor....

Amaya already completed, diff segment cant make the comparison in this way. Somemo, if 850psf x 800sf = 680k, more or less with my budget, i m ok with this price d
Just pray it will has small unit for sale d

About 100m walking to walking to maluri station. Please take note base on the orientation. The pool got no infinity pool view to KLCC. Think facing Amaya condo.

Design seems nice. Have to see pricing to be the ultimate decision maker. thumbup.gif
