Don't know about other country, but Malaysians cannot directly add fund into paypal account using credit card. I think can pay to other person's account with credit card though, but with 3% charge.

Anyway buying funds from others is always the cheapest method, not to mention it has lower rate than MYR:USD currency exchange rate.

usually i use paypal for ebay purchases onli..n watever amount is the winning bid, i just pay tat amount..so there is no 3% surchase...guess if i were to use paypal to pay online stores, they charge 3%...
