can you guys explain to me the meaning of paypal funds and paypal via credit card?i mean in buygame2.com its written
"Remarks: 1) 3% Subcharge on Total if pay via Paypal~ Credit Card; No subcharge if pay via Paypal~ Fund" if tat is the case, i can always transfer fund from my credit card to my paypal account n then use tat fund to purchase rite?? |

basically what u need to do is
1. Get a debit card which is sold here by some company but is linked to a US bank (according to the book) 2. Transfer the funds to the bank account 3. Withdraw money from the ATM here..  wat the book is promoting the debit card and where it can be sold. if u often uses paypal then i guess it is useful...the main weakness is there is a monthly charge...if u uses paypal alot every month then its ok.....else no point...
