Am considering ceiling type a/c for my open living ground floor (combine dry kitchen, dining & lounge area), approx 800 sq ft area. Is 3 hp sufficient or I need 4 hp to cool this area?

hi all sifus here, im currently shopping for 1hp inverter aircond.

i was looking at MHI at the moment and try to read this thread from couples of pages back and rarely see people mention about this brand much.

there's good and bad experience for this brands and i think that is varies from users to users. but would like to know the overall rating for MHI's aircond? bit of confusing when some shops mentioned that ME is better than MHI and vice versa. hope for a feedback from the sifus here, thanks

meaning the negative about MHI is the expensive spare parts.
sorry to ask but is both MHI & ME's aircond reliable? just for normal usage about 8-10hrs per day
