underdimension with cause the AC work more  so you lose some  power savings  .

and a bigger size  AC , you put it under less stress.

can be  the AC was too small size
maybe  user  sets  his remote temp  very low ...like 20 deg .

your  figures seem  something not right 

use  EER ,    check  the  AC spec  for this value.  the higher the more powersaving.

if base on EER  than unit 2 is more powersaving .

this is due to the method of  test measurement .  by the way malaysia use CSPF   . check the ST documents.

EER  test done at 35deg C only . 
hence  cannot tell the effiency over all operating temp range .

CSPF   value is the average  over  all operating temp .

As for the AC s in question the powersaving difference is very  small  like 4 % .

I simply see Lazada selling 1350 incl shipping for that model.. I think you can try calling electrical shop like Legend SS2 or Jintex see if they can match lazada pricing.

I don’t. But it seems that less and less shop are selling premium inverter model. Even their biggest distributor is pushing for x-deluxe sales only

and more important  must look aesthetic  .

All your rooms are narrow including the living & dining. Your best option is 40”-42” fan which the best looking you could get would be Alpha Alkova Series.

If your fan hook is in the middle, esp for rooms, do not buy those 56in diameter fan if you are considering ceiling height wardrobe ... look into those 42in or baby fan.

Fot those intending to purchase Panasonic airconditioners, you can ask the authorised dealers on extended warranty. It extends the warranty of both indoor and outdoor (standard 1 year warranty) + (extended warranty of up to 4 years) so total 5 years. You can choose the number of years you want to extend.

My XU24VKH cost me RM580 for 4 year extension per unit.

Bear in mind you can still extend as long as you are not 14days over the date of the purchase date.

I am not sure what are you trying to highlight here. Are you trying to tell me your ceiling is lower and alpha alkova would be to low for you?

If so, then go for KDK Baby Fan, it's 44" and the height from lowest part to ceiling is 9".

If want good looking then go for Aeratron FR, 43" diameter & 11" high.

Extended warranty ia like motor insurance policy. In the event of a breakdown, the insurance co will pays for the repair. Read the tnc properly as it do contain exclusion clauses.
