well im a persona 1.6 auto owner . n i find the power is ok. btw i got some data for persona gear vs cerato gears (see links below), n i find that cerato 6 gear ratios r so much "powerful". well if the acceleration of a 1.6 engine at gear ratio 2.8 (persona) is ok, then with gear ratio 4.4(cerato) will be much better flex.gif

The ratio is high to improve standstill acceleration. You will notice that the cerato changed gear from 1 to 2 as soon as the car moved, while the persona tend to drag this a little bit longer (Persona only have 4AT, so the gears have to be optimized in all speeds).

It's better to go test drive yourselves to feel how is it. Try terrains like hills to to decide whether the power is sufficient for you.
