600++ units over 55 acres
Soft Launching of 100 units on 15th nov
Starting 650k during soft launch, might goes up to rm680k after sold out the first 100 units or during official lauching.

Should be around 640k with 2%.
Maybe with free legal fees too.
Better for you to visit IJM sales gallery. look like many will queue too.
Because my opinion is this is the last batch of so affordable price for landed house at that area.
future launch, will be those expensive strata home, semi d, bungalow, condo, service apartment.

I was told during april that the referral will get 3k, regardless how mch is the purchasing price.

Depends house price tier.
Forgot is below 900k or 950k is 3k. Above that is 5k. Then 1.5mil is 7-8k something like that.

Price decide the feature they give. Beside land area, build up, other features like solar power hot water, conceal aircond pipe also omitted. It's all dollars and crnts calculation. For more decents size, you may always go for Chimes or Perrenia which already got plenty of subsale

I've been in 20*70 house n feel its ok la.. jus feel if 22 feet wide is gd enuf.. if gt mney fr ownstay btr buy subsale lor..

very true.. if they gona give u all the tambah tambah like lake, low dense etc n big size then u have to pay for it la.. Afterall, there is no free lunch.. IJM is doing the best thing by downgrading/downsizing d houses to flood d market with wht it needs!
