It was IJM who need to worry, they started their project but can't collect money from purchaser yet.

still got any intermediate unit left for penduline? Or coming phase 3?And anyone know income of two person total up is rm7500 still qualify to apply loan for penduline? Will it be rejected?

Intermediate which type? Type A or B? If type A possibly have from those cancelled their booking. Type B should have plenty. About loan, depends on your debt service ratio (DSR) lo. If 7.5k nett without much commitments should be no problem

what is the difference between type A and type B? price?mayb will go for the cheaper unit since is my first house.currently my commitment only one car,4 years to go my car loan,rm1200 per month,clear my credit card debt every month.

Depend on your age as well. Now loan can go up to 30 years or 70 years old. Based on your description, should not have any problem to secure loan on 90% biggrin.gif

Different layouts. Type A slightly smaller built up area and cheaper compared to Type B. You can visit Rimbayu website to view the layout and compare. Still can get 35 year loan also. No expert to advise u on loans. Got another thread in property talk that can help u biggrin.gif

i am 26,1990,hahah,because i never bought any house before,so worry on the house loan get rejected.and now all the condos in pj/kl almost near 600k,so i interested on this rimbayu project.mayb i will go rimbayu have a look after CNY.

Welcome. Anyway, checked with Rimbayu staff last week got 4 intermediate units for Type A. Most likely from those who cancelled booking. From 655k before rebate. If u lucky, still might have. Lol

There are always banker around the show gallery. Grab one and talk to them, they can give you a clearer explanation. May be later you will end up purchase a more expensive house tongue.gif

Rimbayu called me just now to say signing tentative end of Feb pending APDL approval. Honestly I dun really care already, from end Dec, to end Jan to end Feb. Just waiting for another call to say end March.

Aiya dun need so kan Cheong la.... You already pay booking fees..the unit will eventually be yours... The later you sign the later you pay... Save few more month interest 😊

The later you sign the better for you. As you already lock in the price & unit already. No need to worry. IJM should be the one need to worry as they had bear the interest for longer period of time before your first payment.
