kuala Selangor as Klang Valley or

Tropicana as reputable developer.......

Kuala Langat, not Kuala Selangor.
IJM, not Tropicana. Tropicana is also reputable la...

As for why not Chimes, be coz u need a lot money upfront to pay now, also it is completed but market not good now.

Address is true a concern for certain ppl, some still prefer prime like pj/usj/puchong.

Besides, you are right on the pricing but in certain sense. With current market definitely sub-sale should be in first consideration as there are lot of superb deal i assume brows.gif
But there are also some group of ppl who wish to owned a property however without that much of cash to folk out at one time too hmm.gif

Some ppl wont care the a few 10k but some does.
Up to each diff person.

The precious couple that lining up since 6am yesterday got regret or not , lol.
For me nothing to regret about, went as a couple and i can see how mch they wanted the unit to be their love nest after their wedding <3

For Chimes subsale, you need upfront of 100k, for Penduline, only 45k. Big big different.

Do not forget the renovation cost.....

Okie...my mistake on ijm over Tropicana.

so in two years later, who will buy from you if everybody citing expensive and cash intensive to buy from subsale?????

so lets just say you were right....paying 100k now in subsale is a big no no......

so you still pay your hard earned solid 45k now.....wait for 2 years....in the meantimes, serving the interest.....which come about 20k/30k or more.....

then vped....you got your penduline......so what you are going to do with it?????

to flip.......again.....potential buyers will claim too cash intensive...would rather buy direct from developer.....

to rent.....need reno cost........market might not recover even then.......

so what you are going to do????? yawn.gif

5 feet only..not that big, at least can plant banana and coconut tree biggrin.gif
