Who had informed you about this? I'm complaining the low water pressure to IJM but they yet to feedback anything to me.

PMM fella...she said tank for cold water system is too low, not like hot water . so gravity pressure is insufficient. btw, is it logic that we have 2 seperate tank?

Hot water supply by solar will have high pressure due to the heat. But cold water water pressure too low due to bad design. For house value of minimum half a million, can we accept such lousy design?

i think we have 1 serious issue here to raise out to them.

There's are other defects too..... need all to file your complaints to IJM directly. No point to voice out here only.

If IJM do not response or deny it, we may deal it differently.

most of other defects is considered construction defect... this is design flaw.. might address differently.

No idea, but last week I try use the Jalan Lombong to Saujana Putra...... Can pass by but "banyak teruk" especially that day just after heavy rain.
