Connected to 219.95.*, connection is worse compared to yesterday. Lag spikes really killing the gameplay.

6 more days to 20th of April. Argghh... more waiting. All those lag spikes means I'm stuck in tradeskill mode and can't do anything else.

My tradeskill mode is to kill lots of ghouls/zombies in the Western Plaguelands, collect all the runecloth and then enchant/tailor items. Yes, Warlocks can actually go easy with the lag spikes. Over the whole week, only died once because of lag. Just click attack button (sword), amplify curse, CoA, ctrl+1, Corruption, run towards enemy (auto attack), immolation, and watch the mob hp decrease while messing with winamp or firefox. Then collect the phat lewt

Today did Uldaman with LOTS of lag spikes but managed to get to Annora to train my enchanting..mwahahaha...

1mb line, still spiking very often especially in instances and dropped 6 times in Sunken Temple. Not fun at all...

WoW!!! Serious lag and hella lots of spikes! I can't even grind smoothly! Wtf is wrong wif screamyx?!? Is there no end to this nightmare?

I was running at 1200-1800 this morn. My guildies in the States aren't having any problems but not too sure about the Aussies since they're not on at that time. I'm on the Earthen Ring server, BTW.

Wow....3k-5k ping! Wth is wrong now? Anything to do with the cable issues to Europe? I'm running on the 219.x.x.x IP range

Latency's been very bad for more than a few days now. Today is the worst, 3000+ms...ouch >_<

omg..5000+ms now. It's impossible to play as a warrior with that kind of latency. Daymn....I want to go to Maraudon tonight for a princess run!

Oddly, it was decent this morning around 1.30am to 7.00am (~800ms, about 200-300ms higher than what I usually get)

Anyone having the same problem as I am? My connection is extremely laggy from around 7pm to 1am with latencies up to 1100ms >_< Around 3-5am, it's quite decent, around 500-700

I'm getting extremely frustrated with Streamyx now...

It's not the server problem. It's Streamyx's crappy connection to international servers. Just do a tracert and you'll see the latency to the login server is quite high. I dunno, I've been fighting with Screamyx's tech support people for 2 weeks d ever since the latency issue cropped up. Sometimes they admit it's gateway congestion, other times they just crap about best effort services. 9 emails and 4 calls, still no fix to the latency problems. I give up.

Whoa, 1k-1.5k pings, that's very laggy. About the same as what I'm experiencing now with Streamyx having gateway issues. Used to be able to play with latencies around 600 >.<

Streamyx is facing severe congestion issues right now, that's why you're getting 1k+ in latency. This is bad, even a South African guildmate of mine playing in college, tunnelling through six firewalls can still get a decent 700ms ping rate.

No, you won't cause your raid members to lag but you'll freak them out whenever you aggro Core Hounds or leeroy Ragnaros in your lagfest And Ventrilo will suck too coz they will only hear the last few words in your sentence.

Today, latency between 6000-10000ms. Gotta <3 Streamyx right now.

On monday I was able to connect to 218.111.x.x for the first time. Got about 300-500ms smooth connection. Went gila and did BRD, LBRS 5 manned and ZG till 6.30am in the morn. Too bad, after that Streamyx lagged like shite.

I realized that on Monday and Thursdays, around 3-5pm I can actually get the 218.208 IP range. Last week, this IP range was super. On average, 300-600ms in game. But this week different, I'm getting 550-1000ms at prime time and 400-600 after midnight. Go figure.

Damn laggy. 900-1300ms now on the 219.95 IP range
