I have never subscribed to this package, so please terminate this subscription immediately.
Please disable the voice mail also.

Haiz getting charged for no reason again. Maxis you wanna lose more of your already dwindling customer base? Gonna switch telco and leave this arrogant overcharging telco company. I suggest the rest of you do the same. Thanks for nothing.

I've reported to SKMM, they blatantly lied they have refunded me.

But a part from Maxis, I also asked SKMM can't they do anything when thousands of users affected. No answer.

Another thing, this is what Maxis wrote in my SKMM complaint:

We have terminated the service based on his request and a one time refund has been accorded as a gesture of goodwill.

Fucking arrogant!!!! You stole my money and now you say it's a gesture of goodwill to refund it. And it's not even refunded yet!!!!

CRT deleted by login to musicunlimited dot com dot my

Music > Caller Ringtone -> Click More>> Under "Be Creative and Have Fun"

click "manage Caller Ringtones" -> Your Caller Ringtones

delete whatsoever there

Mouseover and click "Trash" icon on right hand size

Save

Alternately you may PM us with required details,

Hi Hotlink, I also just got deducted 3RM even though I have not subscribed to the CRT service. It was deducted yesterday and I have just noticed it today and terminate the service through the music unlimited website even though it was confusing as hell. Possible to refund me for the deduction?

Why asked possible for refund? It's your money. And it took just few minutes to report to SKMM.

I even reported my RM1 charged by maxispay when their system failed to refund when they verify my credit card. Most probably purposely. They just send 1 command to verify and charge and refund will be done together. That is why you can't see it in your statement. Some bank may still trigger SMS notification.

If no refund then they just not using the standard verify procedure where they just charge and keep the money.
