every project also have their own issue even those huge listed developer project also the same... for those looking for studio unit... this is not bad... compare to the surrounding project going at 1000 psf bare unit... this is fully furnished around 750 psf.... and no matter which stretch of jalan ampang u bought... its highly prone to jam and crowded density as well... compare to here.... standalone condo on its own area....

M City. Waiting to die. Hahaha. Sorry to say. Currently with only M City and The Elements also market hard to absorb. Plus M Suite further down nearer to the city also cannot market well.

Just wait till Arte+, Reitzz Residence, Astoria, Novo and many more joining in the future. Jalan Ampang is gonna boom. And there is no MRT/LRT to help the condition over there.

Different location. Liberty is off Jalan Ampang. Is along MRR2 actually. MRR2 super jam as well. No different compare to Jalan Ampang or Jalan Jelatek. And you got thousands of identical type/size unit. No variety. Direct challenge to this project should be Nue Suite, the commercial office dual key project walkable to Jelatek LRT station and can take AKLEH to KLCC straight.

yeah.... generally if anyone wan it for own stay... less crowded area.... liberty is better... investment i would say stay off jalan ampang/ampang area... any competition there... u cant generate anything out of it with the density.... along jalan ampang... 10 fingers also not enough to calculate the condos there...

There is a upcoming SUKE highway along the MRR2. Hope the congestion can be relief in the future. Anyone has the same thought?

Was looking at this unit, then found highland tower is within its 3km radius. I have no confident for any property that is so close to landslide area. Not to mention highland tower is haunted because of landslide. Good luck for the one bought 10 units of it.

I could understand the negative thought about area close to HT. To ease your curiosity, there is report available on the web telling the root cause of the mishap. There were men's factor within.

It has cleared my concerns and i have move forward to buy a unit for own stay. I am getting block C with partial KLCC view. I like this SOHO concept with almost full furnish and packed with facilities that i could enjoy after my work. Though the traffic is congested, it is super easy access.

Congested, then easy access also become cant access?? what is the selling package now? freehold? the design bit weird...

everywhere in KL also congested... especially ampang area... no matter which part of ampang....

yes its freehold, fully furnished, i think 5% discount.... and 7% discount for bumi....
