Have booked a block C unit.
i am applying a flexi-loan as well. Doesn't mean cash rich but at least can offset some of the interest.

You may realize, there are many upcoming new projects next to rumahwip. The facilities are sepearated. From my prospective, it doesn't block phase 1 view and it is not a big concern. Market value is base on willing buyer. The location wise, i find it is very convenient to access hot city area via AKLEH

You have the point. However, it depends of nature of the buying interest such own stay or collecting rental. I do believe it will generate some impacts as buyers have more choices and both are competing price psf and rental in a long run. No to forget, there are lots regulations abiding on the affordable houses where owner can't rent out and also have minimum year of occupancy restriction.

What is the nature of your interest to buy the unit?

There is a upcoming SUKE highway along the MRR2. Hope the congestion can be relief in the future. Anyone has the same thought?

I could understand the negative thought about area close to HT. To ease your curiosity, there is report available on the web telling the root cause of the mishap. There were men's factor within.

It has cleared my concerns and i have move forward to buy a unit for own stay. I am getting block C with partial KLCC view. I like this SOHO concept with almost full furnish and packed with facilities that i could enjoy after my work. Though the traffic is congested, it is super easy access.

Went to gallery recently. Block B & C left few units mostly at high floor.
Block A seems earning some interest. It is totally different game. Buyer has to pay for a premium for the view.

Anyone knows what is the construction next to liberty along the main road? Land been cleared and slope been flatten
