actually if keep in a tank with the lid on, it won smell lah.....keep hamster also won smell. If keep in cage, will smell loh....

huh? i baby sit one hamster in tank also smell... gerbil don't smell cos they don't drink n pee as much as hammie

i got to shop for few tanks edi. one to saperate the daddy. else poor mummy.

2 feet where got big.. it only looks big if empty, but once u want to put more toys there is not much space in 1.5 feet tank. Remember that gerbils will spend most of their lives in the tank, not like dogs or cats where we dont lock them up all day. Bigger is better.

yes actually 2ft tank is only 1/3 bigger than 1.5 ft.. cos bottom is small.. only bigger when put more shaving.. if u got space get a 2ft one loh.. more siok..

cos b4 i always tot alot bigger mah, then redix bring his over i only found the base not much.. hv to few up with shaving ah then alot bigger n more fun for sure..

i feel guilty cause mine not even up to 1.5feet... 1.2 or 1.3 only... sigh... will buy 2ft at my hometown and bring it here to kl... then i can put 4 gerbil...

i keep both of them..so i know the differences heheh...
sometime feel dont want to change gerbil bedding because not stinky..mcm boleh guna lagi hahah

i cannot tahan hamster... smell their tank at pets shop i almost vomit... face all turn red...

but if you rajin2 like me your hamster tank will not so smell la..
if you malass malss..hamster bedding will be smelly especially when it wet...then the hamster itself will be smelly..when u hold..ur hand also become smelly..(i am trying to defend hamster heheh)

hehehe..put in your room only la..if smelly only in your room..but confirm it not smelly..

My mom is super sensitive leh.. I clean my hamster cage every 2 days you know? Because on the 3rd day she'll make noise alrd! LOL
