I believe many taman without approval
Because guarded guideline not allow to fence up.

If Mpkj want to take action it believe many taman kena also. But they know the criminal rates now
Aday so they will close one eye

I think the appreciation only started in 2009 thanks to hot money from US to developing countries for higher return.

Just back from SL 1 commercial area, as expected mamak is the biggest beneficiaries, Utar students really like mamak a lot to my surprise the best business mamak not that one closest to Utar but mamak stall located next to Station One.

Based on the decided case Au Kean Hoe v. Persatuan Penduduk D’Villa Equestrian [Civil Appeal No. 02(f)- 50 - 08/2013(B)]

One residents complain about the boom gate similar with SL13 case.

Initially the MBPJ’s approval was for the boom gates to be down only from midnight to 6.00 a.m. However, by a letter dated 30 January 2012 from the Officer in charge of the Police District (OCPD) for Kota Damansara had directed the respondent to keep the boom gate functional throughout the day to improve the security in the area.

This is a landmark victory for all F&G RA.

If anybody happen to know SL13 RA members please ask them to refer this case for reference, but first thing first get the 85% resident approval.

now sl13 yet to apply and in order to get approval they must fulfill the requirement
. Anyway now Mpkj put this guarded as grey area
As long as they submitted 85% signature . Approve or not belakang cerita .
But sl13 already started the guarded so long how come now only got ppl complaint ? So many idiot don't want pay still want make complaint

I think this is the so called private car park by UTAR VP instead of condo I suppose. Big relief for existing condo owners tongue.gif

We look forward to a new private car park in about 2 months time (just behind the current new building). Until then, do park in the existing private car park, for your own safety and security.
