Prepared the 22 residents might stop pay the security fee .
Yup it's annoying the ball hit the ground sound
The spot light light some residents don't like tok if the light is facing their house

well...no activity allow after 8pm, if there is still ppl playing basket abll at the court there afetr 8pm, who will come to ask them to leave? if the guard instruct to do this? a lot of things need to be consider...especially when the court is built so near to the houses...

Now no more unless MPKJ willing to build for Palm Walk, anyway chairman said he has very good rapport with MPKJ people include our forumner and councilor KC Chan, hope he can help to get allocation as well as allowed the basketball court build at field that earmarked for other purpose, that field should be quite far from the houses.

ya agree should relocate to built on the other side of the huge piece of land that originally reserve for other purpose (multipurpose court, surau...) that piece of land is real huge and is a waste just let it be like that with just grass on that..

So far never heard of any break in since the fences are up.

BMC many taman also not fence up...unlike sg long, most of the taman already set up fence and guard house...security in sg long already improve a lot...

It's single access . Just a 3ft barrier perimeter
Last year 5 cases in one day . Believe Sek 5 is among peaceful residence cos it's away from commercial so dint see Myanmar or Bangla rent.
Lastime I got look the sub sale at rm500k
I think is 20x70. That time I just place book for my current house. That time palmwalk still not yet fence up

Unfortunately got someone in SL13 complained to Mpkj to force RA SL13 open the barrier at daytime, as far as I understand RA fail to gather 85% residents approval for 24 hours security.

When Palm Walk launched in 2007/2008 selling price only RM200k+ now sell at RM700k really good appreciation.

Even they get 85% support
Mpkj perancang will still reject the guarded application because
1) they already fence up

SL6 fencing door between SL 10 and 11 also not follow regulations but still closed despite complain Mpkj take no action, what you say?
