If DAP is serious they should go out to market, food stall, shops around BMC & Sg Long for signature.

Anyway I know there is DAP office same row with KK Supermarket facing the central park at Seksyen 9.

Never expect traffic will be improved after 10,000 signature petition, but doing something better than doing nothing.

every one send a complaint letter, 10,000p people mean 10,000 letter, everyone send 4 letter in a month, let see how long they can tahan

this morning saw many utar new student were waiting bus....haha

Nowadays, all apartments/condos aim at UTAR students, even as far as Sutera Pines also said can attract UTAR students to rent there and arrange for UTAR bus service.

Let said 80% of 10k student rented house in Sg long
8000 student average 5 student sharing one house
Means about 1600 units will target by utar student

There are 3,464 condo units in Bandar Sg Long,
if 20% rent out will be 692 unit, 30% will be 1,039 unit.

Some students may opt for landed, SL2 & SL3 is most sought after landed unit.

Yup, don't forget UTAR students number increasing every year, feel a bit regret think too long to grab a condo unit few years back
