Yep, fish pond is still in business. The dirt road, that goes to BMC, next to the former seafood restaurant is still there but the gate is sometimes open, sometimes closed. Like today it was opened. Just be careful of cows and giant potholes.

If invest, I think Forest Green Condo is good. The penthouse units has 6 rooms and enough space to partition probably another 3/4 more. Built-up is almost 2000 sqft.

When I looked at this back in 2010, it was only 190k. Damn good investment if bought then and now rent out. Say 9 rooms at 250 each, wow! That's 2250 per mth.
