yes, pm Idealtech just now and just received their pm confirm the price drop to RM4,699 now.

Maybe the ROG SWIFT PG35VQ is incoming so they drop the price to clear stock.

definitely seal the deal for me. now just checking who to get it from.

My main concern now is mode of delivery. I am reluctant to send the monitor by courier to my office - too high profile for me as it will definitely create a chaos. So I am asking a local computer shop to get it for me so then I can collect it from their shop after work and bring back home discretely.

Can get these much cheaper from Amazon by bulk service from seller at the garage. I have ordered a twin arm version for about RM180+ only all in.

Going to pick up my PG348Q after work. Luckily the shop open today despite it is a public holiday.

Get it at quite a good price I think - RM4,299. Here are 2 photos as requested.

Initial impression - it is not as big as I expected, the height is a bit short. Maybe I have use to the tall display of the Dell U3014, need some time to get used to.

The font is much smaller than I expected too at default resolution 3440x1440. Dun think the font at my previous Dell U3014 is this small. So will aim for 38" 3440x1440 @ 144hz 3 years later.

Watching 21:9 youtube and movies are damn nice. Yet to have time to test game yet.

Edit: 1 more thing - the stand although very nice with the lighting on, is really takes up too much of desk space - a third party monitor arm is a must.

Already RM2k off normal price of RM6k plus, so can't complain much. ;D

Not really lucky, I am being "forced" to upgrade becoz my existing monitor spoilt.

yes, agree, price is the main factor for this ultra-wide to be able to go mainstream. Else putting RM6k on a 34" monitor? No way for me to do that.

yes, but i will be using one one sided. The price difference between single arm and double arm is minimal so i just take the double arms for future use.

saw few youtube review, not so bad. Will report back the quality once receive it.

this one confirm no good. I have a same style one but if the monitor is heavy, the hinge will not hold and the monitor will keep sliding down. Tried it with my new UW monitor last weekend but it cannot hold it in place, so have to use back the bulky stock stand.

I think the more expensive should have better quality but for me personally, the flaw is on the design - it is using friction to hold the monitor whereas the Vivo one is not.

I think all in about RM350-400 to my doorstep. Item will arrive most likely mid of October, will take some photo and do some brief comments by then.

wow.... another KING has arrived. But too bad "just" 75Hz on Freesync. If only it has 100Hz or more on G-Sync. Price is not bad at RM5k if compared to Asus PG348Q or the LG 38" model.

I did also try to rotate on mine but the screw is just too stubborn to come out, so I give up.
