Hmm. Somehow i feel android's watch, especially those on android wear os are not designed to make phone call. It's more like a notification center, u can view ur sms or email without taking out ur phone. Or u can use voice to reply sms when u are driving. Or set up alarm using voice.

I dont think android smartwatch on android wear will venture into standalone smartwatch wif call function. hmm.gif but i could be wrong. Maybe next google i/o, google will announce native calling function on android wears. laugh.gif

Well it doesn't have to be android wear. Other operating system also OK. Like samsung galaxy gear, using their own tizen os.

Been googling for this thing. Seems that is not as good as standalone phone like you said. Oh well

Hi all sifus, I'm considering to get a new primary phone. Would like your opinions:

1. Brand - No preference
2. Budget - 2k+/-
3. Specs - Nothing in particular, generally all round decent specs will do.
4. What you need in the phone - Again, nothing in particular. Long battery life is a bonus, removable battery also a bonus.

Coming from the old Galaxy S3, I was interested in Galaxy S6 but was put off with the lack of SD card. I would very much prefer to just plug in my current SD card on to the new phone rather than copying all my MP3s over.

I would welcome recommendation of alternatives. Heard about the LG G4 and HTC One M9 plus, any opinions? Pros and Cons?

Thanks a lot!  notworthy.gif

LG G4 or Samsung Galaxy Note 4 for me both removable battery. long battery life would be Huawei Ascend Mate 7 (Li-Po 4100 mAh), but non-removable.

QUOTE(wahdiao @ Jul 8 2015, 02:27 PM)
mi4i or honor 4x which one is better, i need dual 4g sim
*
Xiaomi mi 4i is more expensive but got Full HD screen but no sd card slot. Huawei Honor 4x cheaper, larger screen although only HD, got sd card slot. if you can live without expansion slot, then go with mi 4i.

QUOTE(hustlerism @ Jul 10 2015, 08:31 AM)
budget myr900-1100. Best spec for that price range.

i would be torn between Huawei Honor 6 and OnePlus One.

Hi sifu

I'm interested to buy Note 4, but does it worth the money ?

Can you suggest me another phone that have similar specification. Thanks !

1. Brand - No preference, but limited to reliable brand.
2. Budget - Max RM2000 but the less the better
3. Specs - 5.5++'' screen, a strong battery life, nice audio, can tahan lama and has resold value.

I want to upgrade my main phone from blackberry. Again, thanks !

1. Brand - No preference, but limited to reliable brand. Nope to brand with unnecessary bloatware (eg: Samsung)
2. Budget - Max RM1400 but the less the better
3. Specs - max 5.5" size, full HD or better screen, 3GB RAM, camera doesn't matter. overall design is important(asus zenfone 2 doesn't look pleasing), battery can last a day with moderate use is good enough. dual sim not require. LTE,

LG G3 or Oneplus One still worth it lagi ke? Lots of recommendation toward these two.. but i heard G3 not so smooth?

Hmmm..

My budget is 1.2k

I want a phone with OIS and good camera.

32gb atleast for all the pictures and spotify songs.

And enough batt to last the whole day with LTE.

Hard Choice right.

And good enough hardware to match my oneplusone.

Or still useable 3 years after i bought it. Like the galaxy s4

1. Brand : none, any brand works
2. Budget : RM1k
3. Specs : 5.5in screen, dual sim, the rest don't really care
4. What you need in the phone : basically i need a phone with big screen and dual sim. Must be able to play candy crush smoothly and prefer with good battery life. I was zooming down on zenfone 2 but i read the users review that the battery life is really bad. So i need any alternate phones to recommend. Basic requirement is big screen size at least 5.5in and dual sim.

Thanks !
