Brand:Any except iphone
Price: RM 1k-2k
Spec:3gb ram or more, equal or more than 32gb internal storage,Min 5inch up to 6 inch
What i need in the phone: My first priority is Camera (have manual setting is advantage), good screen.

I prefer LG G3 but it dont have manual camera setting(32 second exposure), Nexus 6 quite ok, but how its camera performance? Right now in my mind is Oppo find 7, Can you suggest any phone to me? (second hand still ok if condition still good)

thx icon_rolleyes.gif

Galaxy S6 (focus manually, adjust exposure compensation and ISO, white balance too)

Xperia Z3 (Exposure Compensation, White balance, Metering, Image stabilization and ISO)

top up for LG G4.

Not sure bout other's manual mode. Some have manual mode, but even in manual mode, it has limited feature. hmm.gif

Not that sure of other phones smaller than Redmi 2 that provides good quality finishing.

hmm.gif If that's the case, ever thought of upgrading ur Note 3? Can consider Note 4 duos, LG G4 dual, LG G3 dual. All dual sim model. U can put both sim in the same phone.  thumbup.gif
Based on ur budget, can go for flagships like Galaxy S6, Xperia Z3, LG G3.

For lower price, can go for Mi4, Honor 6 Plus or Honor 6. Both Mi4 and Honor 6 is using Sony IMX 214 camera sensor, which is quite good based on my naked eye. But of coz not as nice as S6's camera la.

That's all good model. Though it's all import model without official warranty.
Buying something with that price really need a good warranty for me.

And the stylus too. Since I sometime use stylus need galaxy note line

Yea. That's the con. All import set, so warranty is with the shop that u purchased from.

If that's so, better continue to hunt for cheap secondary phone for ur sub line. smile.gif

Can also consider Honor 4X, Redmi Note, Padfone S. Padfone S at RM700+ is quite a good deal. Cons is the small battery. If u have a powerbank, then it'll be ok.

U can alo top up for Honor 6 or Mi4, more RAM and better processor.

Never owned 1 before. So can't really comment much bout it. So I'm actually not quite sure of the camera performance. Maybe u can proceed to Nexus 6's thread to ask actual users how is the camera. nod.gif

Hi all sifus, I'm considering to get a new primary phone. Would like your opinions:

1. Brand - No preference
2. Budget - 2k+/-
3. Specs - Nothing in particular, generally all round decent specs will do.
4. What you need in the phone - Again, nothing in particular. Long battery life is a bonus, removable battery also a bonus.

Coming from the old Galaxy S3, I was interested in Galaxy S6 but was put off with the lack of SD card. I would very much prefer to just plug in my current SD card on to the new phone rather than copying all my MP3s over.

I would welcome recommendation of alternatives. Heard about the LG G4 and HTC One M9 plus, any opinions? Pros and Cons?

Thanks a lot! notworthy.gif

Do u mean android smartwatch that has calling function like Galaxy Gear S?

U can insert ur sim in the watch, but then it feels weird to use it for call function. And if ur environment bising, habis lah. laugh.gif U can use ur sim's data plan too i think. But then I'm not sure if anyone would enjoy web browsing with such small screen. hmm.gif

But then of coz everything comes down to different ppl having different preference. Some like to use their smartwatch as a standalone phone. nod.gif

Yes smartwatch with calling function. Samsung keyboard autocorrect my spelling. Jaha

Well I don't think I can browse with small screen. Only just for phone call to only one number. Maybe sms, but dunno if it's too hard with small screen.

Call quality and loudspeaker is also an issue too

You think current android watch still not good enough for calling?

Hmm. Somehow i feel android's watch, especially those on android wear os are not designed to make phone call. It's more like a notification center, u can view ur sms or email without taking out ur phone. Or u can use voice to reply sms when u are driving. Or set up alarm using voice.

I dont think android smartwatch on android wear will venture into standalone smartwatch wif call function. hmm.gif but i could be wrong. Maybe next google i/o, google will announce native calling function on android wears. laugh.gif
