2nd phone recommendation: Zenfone 2 (4GB RAM, 32GB ROM variant at RM1099), Honor 6, Oneplus One (64gb ROM variant, but no microsd slot though) top up slightly for LG G3 or Honor 6 Plus

Mi4 - 8MP front cam, gud for selfie

Oneplus - if ur a flash-aholic

Honor 6 - if u nid microsd slot

top up for LG G3 for a nicer display, removable battery and microsd slot.

Honor 6 Plus, Honor 6 lte (AP set dual sim), LG G3 dual

Honor 4X, Redmi Note 4G

Yea. Mi3 is still a gud buy if u can find a new one. Its snapdragon 800 processor is gud and stable.

Never bought phones from taobao b4, so cant comment much. Better check the seller's customer review b4 buying.

Maybe u can look for mi3 in garage sales.

Redmi Note 4G, Honor 4X, Padfone S. All have 8gb internal and microsd slot.

Well, in my honest opinion, the current best camera for android phone is the Note 4 hands down. Haven't play around with S6's camera yet. But reviewers are saying S6's camera is even better than Note 4. So either 1 of S6 or Note 4 would do you no wrong. Maybe u should consider factors like do you need a stylus.

LG G4's camera is very gud too according to MKBHD's latest review. But then the price of G4 is sky high at 3k+.

If u are dual sim user + selfie, I think it's worth it to get the Honor 6 Plus. Coz 6+ have 8MP front cam and dual sim for local set.

And also some extra battery juice + screen size.

So kinda depends on what you want, if you wan bigger screen + selfie + local warranty dual sim, then juz go for honor 6 plus. But higher price.

Well, if ur still into oneplus, can get a new one at RM999 from directd's lelong page.

Price drop I think bcoz oneplus two might be coming out soon.

Or u can go for Honor 6? Cheapest 3gb RAM for now.

Personally I'll go for LG G3. Camera with OIS, thin bezel, qHD display.

Honor 6 if original Malaysia set only single sim, but u can get Honor 6 dual sim set which is original import set from sellers like DirectD. Of coz warranty can only be claimed from the shop that u purchase.

Kirin chipsets (Honor) is quite good in GPS detection based on what I've been reading in Honor 6 thread. Phones powered by Snapdragon processor also have good GPS detection and stable too. Just avoid Intel or Mediatek phones as they take more time for GPS to lock in. Maybe around 8-10 seconds, which is too long imho.

Can consider Honor 6 Plus (dual 8mp camera, bokeh effect), Huawei P8 (pre-order, camera with OIS), Xperia Z3 dual, S5 duos (only 2gb RAM).

Honor 6 plus and P8 got local warranty support. S5 Duos, Z3 dual and G3 dual only import set, meaning warranty is by the shop that u purchase from.

Or, u can go for the best, LG G4 dual. But damn costly, 2.4k+

Btw, I'm also looking for a flagship dual sim phone. Not much in market. Even if got also import set.

Yea. If u wan 6+, buy online better. Cheaper. vmall selling 1399. Next flash sales is 9 June.

P8 seems promising, but yea, the battery is a bit low, not even 3000mah. Android Authority's review on the battery life just so-so only.

Camera without OIS is ok, if u have firm hand when snaping photo.

Just go for G3 dual ba.

Actually opo also drop price dy. About 999 can get new set from DirectD.

Not sure bout Honor 6's gorilla glass. Some review say it has Gorilla Glass 3, but in vmall website nothing mentioned bout it. So better to just install tempered glass sp onto it as soon as u buy it.

Both Honor 6 and opo have it's pros and cons.

If ur a heavy flasher or modder, wants bigger screen, can opt for opo.

If ur just a casual user and u wan the external microsd slot, can save up the extra RM100 and go for Honor 6.

LG G3, Honor 6 Plus, Mi4, Meizu MX4.


Well, even Nexus 6 could not last you 3-4 years in terms of software updates. In terms of hardware, yea, maybe an android phone can last u 3-4 years.

Not much choice if u only limit to Snapdragon SoC, there is LG G3 Dual, Xiaomi Mi Note.

U can also consider Honor 6 Plus. Processor is Huawei's in house Kirin processor which is quite good too.

Yea. Honor 6 Plus is better in terms of able to support microsd card, camera, front camera and battery wise.

Haven't used either 1 of the phone. But according to reviews.

Selfie it not just taking pic dy now. Selfie is a marketable thing. Even Asus oso coming out with Zenfone Selfie.

Honor 6, best bang for buck for under rm1k phone.

If u can top up a little, can consider Oneplus One, Mi4

Not quite sure, but i think CoC needs to have at least 1gb RAM to play smoothly. Suggest u to top up and go for Redmi 2. Paying more but at least the built quality is gud.

Can also consider Galaxy J1. I do recall some telco if u sign postpaid plan with them, the phone is complimentary.

would it be better to go for ipod shuffle or sony' mp3 player? Not sure bout android phones with audiobook function.

Can add Honor 6 Plus to ur list. 3600mah battery.
