Nothing is wrong pubee..

Just some interesting jobs or field that u wish to work with "Only" required Singaporean /PR only. So whenever u send your resume i might get filter or rejected. (no harm of trying tough smile.gif )

If i haven get a job there how my "boss" wont approve my Workng Visa?

Accomodation.. i spend 1 day trip to s'pore n search for accomodation n meet up with agents and frens to see unit...guess what...$$$

Good luck to u mate~

Yea, I got a friend who applied for PR without going through her employer's approval or so-called certification of employment. What she told me is that  she explained to the ICA officials that her employer required her to fulfill certain terms and conditions (e.g. bond) if she wanna apply for PR. Somehow, she got her PR within 1+ months.
I don't think we, Malaysians, need working visa, unlike UK. Yea, what we need is working permit and usually your employer will help you to apply after  you managed to grab the job.

Nowadays, rental in Singapore is killing our wallet. Luckily, my landlord still rents me at lower rate. HDB 4-room flat, common room, SGD360 per month (for 2 persons), location Choa Chu Kang. Ain't that cheap? tongue.gif
*
WoW CCK...SOOoooo Cheap? how long u been renting first? taxi fares/Electric/Water all rises but not your rental?
I just rented at CCK too 3 mins walk to MRT..guess what rm520 Common Room! where this is the cheapest among other places that i survey wink.gif

nah...save the hard earn money at S'pore n get it back at M'sia~~

ohh yeah recruitment agency do earn commission from successful jobs? or they will take certain amount from your pay?

Once u gets hire at S'pore, will u be under the agency account or the co. account ? when the pay slip arrive...straight to agency then route back to u?

ohh my....yup im staying (soon)with young owner just bought a HDB apart where at CCK 3 mins walk to MRT hehe everything is new queen size bed too...smile.gif no A/C ..if u need A/C just top up S$20...nah....see how it goes since electricity bills just increase in S'pore.
------------

whereas for payment wise...usually Co. hire agency to search for jobs (technical) where mostly will "we" be directly direct co. account...do i get all the beneficial form direct co. where im under outsource co.? hmm.gif

anyone have any idea how much tiong bahru room will cost? i kinda like that place
*
hi i think i can help u on this.

Tiong Bahru my frens staying there 2 yrs back. Rental common room was S$600 not inlcuding PUB each month S$20 =S$620/ month (2 yrs back -current)

Last 2 week went S'pore meet up with agent told me Tiong Bahru /Red Hill cost S$900 per month

Yesterday another Agent email me guess what S$1200 per month

Y? this is due to the place is too dense and they are having good food there... whistling.gif

No point staying so exp place, or maybe u r one of them who's willing to spend so much on rental wink.gif

S$1200 bond + S$1200 1 month rental= S$2400 =RM5496 (2.29 currency)
Never forget agent fee..may vary from half of the rent per room. S$300~S$600 = RM687~ RM1374

Total Without Agent =RM5496 sweat.gif
With Agent= RM6183 ~ RM6870 shakehead.gif
