Booking is one thing. Actual transacted SPA is another thing. And even after signing SPA, still got people cannot secure loan.
To be able to convert from booking to actual sales is a long long time.

i am just thinking who would be the target market and with limited carparks...its another problem. Office suite can in turn use as accommodation?
