What surprise me is that the swimming pool & charges is when u use thn U pay, like Vipod KLCC by Monoland Dev... does this mean the dev also trying to market it as a residence but not under HDA

Is the dev selling it purely as an office suite or something like half office half residence? let see the unit layout.... if unit layout inside have a toilet than it can be market as residence unit at buyer own risk ....anyone have the layout & actual pricing & package...tq tq

The nearest station is the one in front of ekocheras, unless they will build a covered walkway i won't call that as walkable distance

centro is basically small unit but they have think about everything such as loft , toilet and also all unit can be hacked in the partition wall if need for bigger unit...

Location wise is good, access is good but need to go thru the congestion shop lots. MRT is nearby but I think need a good 10-15 mins walk.

Price has not gone up much I believe as they are giving 12% discount now.  Still has GST, le see what happen on 9/5!

Cancel the unit already... Plenty of choice now... It doesn't comes with carpark and club facilities... Have to pay
