Susah nak jalan day in day out to mrt loh like this...

Not sure abt office suits in ekc but their soho units are around 7xxsq. Anywhere.....ekc is integrated project and psf wise is much higher.

EKC got two blocks of SOHO proper....not those grey SOVO or SOFO thingy.

developers price for newly released units are priced around 8xxpsf....high floors.

toilet sure got....but I suspect no partition for 'room'. the interesting question is developer will provide kitchen cabinet or indeed has water closet in other area except toilet or not........

All sofo or office or suites that launched in the past 7 years all came w toilets......except two projects that i know provided only shared toilets...bcos developer seriously want buyers to use as office and not turned into studio or reaidential.

No....too small to use as office.

If u operate as starter office...why buy when u can rent?
Even rent i dun think they will rent for long...at best one year....as 90% of 1st starter will fail.
