From the bridge to MRT stn via Ekocheras, it is mostly covered and relately secured.

This is a longer path, maybe 800m or more..

there is one bridge linking to the furniture building beside petronas...that one is nearer to walk..about 300m.
In the future the cover walkway is possible, but not direct link as it is not stated by dev

The developer should then invest in the walkway, easier to convince the buyers.. still with all this mini size office concept, i wonder does it really work, some more in cheras

Walkway or a link bridge that connects to somewhere nearby will provide better accessibility.

Now only taking 3k cheque...we will see when they got the apdl and all things finalize...stil have time to decide.

If can claim back the 3k then worth booking.
This booking at least secured a parcel while final decision is in progress of making....

this bridge is link direct to ekocheras also beside the furniture building. Nearer as the mrt link is another 300 to 400m..

Actually the proposition not bad. They give you net Built Ups and you can build your own 6ft attic.

Then dont walk lo...take uber or grab car lo...mayb later provide shuttle bus le...who knows
