Still have many floor not open for sale yet, and not official launch yet. So don't know when will be the completion date. According to pass experience, the developer is not able to attract any anchor tenant for their commercial / business unit. Thus, I think low chance to make the project ong.

Contacted the agent. They said priority given to buyer who buy direct from the developer. Then is the price cheaper from developer directly? If not why they still employ agent to sell??
