my understanding is....
repurchase is sell to FH, FH purchase
withdraw is withdraw from trust fund
redemption is sell holdings to get back money
so to me, they the same.

helo everybody

i just did a Self assessment for risk tolerance n the result put me into Risk Category 2 which suitable for Conventional Fund, Bond fund etc...

I am 28yo... should I go for higher risk?

I play equities shares myself, so I signed a "dunno what term" that allow them to go invest beyond my risks of tolerance...

I wonder if there is margin in fund?

For self assessment, try to get higher category, as you don't want the system to limit your choice in fund selection. You can decide which risk level you want during decision making point.

In Unit Trust, there is no margin....

Hi all, do you guys know if we save any fees at all if purchase funds (using cash) via PMO?

I used to have an agent, but he migrated, so I am wondering if I should elect a new one or just use PMO to manage it myself.

Even you manage it yourself, you still need to pay for the fee (service charge).
Whatever you paid, a portion of it will go to the new servicing agent who is normally your present agent upline.

And, which Nav date of both bond and equity fund will be taken for this transaction? Is it 4th of dec for both bond and equity? Or bond at 4th and equity for 5th? Thanks alot!

hmm.gif
just agar agar....many not true or are now happening too....
is it possible that your risk assessment profile determined during your filing of the "INVESTOR SUITABILITY ASSESSMENT FORM"....assessed that you are not suitable for high risk fund?
and that you did not "tick" the "override" box in the form?

mine too...cannot see that fund
