It not really make a difference in the sense of battery health protection. As long as you remember, reduce your battery in 100%->0% cycle. Will make your battery last longer. In other words, always let your battery in a fully charge mode.

Don't believe those stupid outdated internet article that ask you not to charge battery overnight bla bla bla. tongue.gif

I think is around RM 2000. That is what usually seller sell. But I don't think worth it.
I rather you hunting for M15x instead of M14x

M15x is a fully customizeable laptop. It can even support latest GTX 9xx series.

M14x GPU is soldered on the motherboard. And that GT 555 is actually very old card. Can't most of the game now.

So coincidence. Yesterday just find out mine is not working too. Mic and Webcam. I dissemble my laptop and find out the cable that connected with LCD module (mic and Webcam) and mobo is loose.

Is your Webcam working? You can open up sound recorder test out it is working or not.

Maybe hardware issue or driver issue.
Do you see any unknown device in device manager?

My laptop crash when I'm playing games everytime. I dunno why
Sometimes it takes 5min to crash and sometimes just opening the game can cause crash
The GPU temp never exceed 80 C
Im using latest Nvidia driver
No problems when diagnose using Dell Diagnostic
No BSOD
Its been weeks I try to solve it on my own
I already gave up

You can try not to launch games, but only the Nvidia Control Panel with the 3D logo turning. I believe it will crash too.

I think something is wrong with your graphics card. Might be already Pseudo Soldering. I face this with my AMD HD7970m before. The laptop was all ok unless I launch some 3D application it will crash and restart.

Reball your graphics card might help you to solve the issue for a while. But the problem will come back.

Change a new graphics card is the only way to solve this issue.
