For ur kind info pls dont join Maxis.... i worked in KL Sentral b4 as a Customer Service for 6 mth and transfer to Telemarketing... It is like shit working there u will hate ur life.... most of them tat worked wit me joing digi and Umobile... try Umobile... it is very good company...

Pls dont join Maxis.... trust me.... u will hate the job there and the salary they will give u half - half.....

I`m juz graduated from degree in accout v finance course. Do u guys think i can get any jobs in Maxis? But currently I`m working in a SME now (start on this monday), they pay me rm1600 onli ... feel like can't cover my life ...

The job environment in Maxis is sh*t.
Don't bother about salary, they can pay you above market standards but that's the hidden thing.You'll enjoy lots of discrimination, jealousy and politics thanks to "you know what kind of people" in there.

Jon Eddy, Datuk Jamaluddin, lots and lots of top level executives all already left the company now.

Those who have jumped ship from Maxis to DiGi and UMobile sure knows the hell they went through before.It's like even if DiGi or UMobile pays you 3/4 or even half of what Maxis pays, people still prefer to work with the other 2.

Feel like working maxis is very bad.. But just customer service line still have discrimination and jealousy? i think you really work like Sh*t when you join maxis.. so now you change to digi or umobile already?

yes it is, if you can weather all those company politics.. you'll probably earn your keep.
since esos was taken out of the compensation equation, it's quite a level playing field now for most telcos..

for customer-facing staff, the stress comes in 2 ways.. the crap the get from the customer and the measurement-keeper(aka supervisor/boss).. if you work in the corporate office, you'll only have to deal with internal politics and of course, the measurement-keeper.

join UMobile if u want to have a fun working environment....very fun n not much politic....if u like open concept as in u may see ur CEO sitting next to u in the office, u can try Digi....if u love to work as slow as a tortoise go for Celcom....maxis, be prepared to work like a cow...

Someone for some reason isn't happy about the 2 chinese fellow which Maxis imported from DiGi.

Now I'm not going to elaborate further but to tell you discrimination and jealousy does happen a lot in Maxis.It also happens in a lot of companies but it's exceptional in there.
