Salary might not be attractive but the benefits and bonuses (contractual + performance) are quite good. For those who lucky enough offered with ESOS (for senior staff only as Maxis now is a private co), they are super duper rich. My colleague managed to buy a Toyota Camry by cash.. just imagine...

i just get an offer from maxis... but i think the basic is quite low.. with 2 years experience... position title is something like database support exec... they offer me 2.8k only... is this the range? ;(

Since ESOS (employee stock option scheme) is no longer available, ask as much as salary as you can. Although the bonus is good (2 month contractual bonus for permanent employee), but the increment is very bad. |

Salary range given depend on hiring manager and your HR, as well as if your experience related with your current position or not. If i am not mistaken, the fresh grad pay is about 2.3k. So, you just get a figure in your mind and try your best la. Good luck |
